There is now a vote-by-proxy option available for members unable to attend the June 27, 2016 general membership meeting.  According to Policies and Procedures, members who are unable to attend, may by email, appoint another member to cast a proxy vote at the meeting.  The proxy vote will set forth the name of the member appointed and will indicate the names of candidates voted for, including any write-in votes.  The proxy will be sent from the absent member's email account as listed on the membership roster and will be printed out.
