Gentle Flow Yoga
This is a less strenuous hour long transformative practice that integrates mind, body, and spirit. Asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), and meditation will be incorporated in such a way that you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated and at peace! This class is ideal for all students looking for a more gentile, grounding experience. Props, alignment tips, and modifications will be incorporated.
