A uniquely designed movement class by Maude Baum, Artistic Director of eba Center for Movement and Master Teacher, to move every part of your body and enjoy moving! For anyone who wants a low/no impact, individually modified movement workout. Music keeps the workout upbeat!…all packed into one hour and 15 minutes (with a little break during the middle of class).
Ms. Baum brings 50+ years of fitness and dance experience to each movement class. She has a Masters of Arts Degree in Dance and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Individual Physical Education. Her MOVE YOUR BODY Class helps keep you safe from injury by learning and practicing correct body alignment and mechanics while moving.
