Gentle Yoga and Guided Meditation for Better ZZZ’s Sleep
SUNDAY, FEB. 28th at 7:00-8:00 pm VIA ZOOM
Join Genii Rutherford, WCA member and yoga teacher, for a gentle yoga practice to get your kinks out and gently stretch your body to prepare it for a better night’s sleep. A short, guided meditation and relaxation will finish the yoga session.
This session will be done on the floor. You can do it on a yoga mat or blanket also have handy a bolster, pillow or a blanket to fold to rest over and sit on. To register, contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
