Join Genii Rutherford for the first of two guided Yoga walks this month. The first adventure is at the Albany Rural Cemetery. This bucolic setting, teeming with history, is the perfect way to usher in the month of Halloween.

We can't promise you ghosts, but we can provide a relaxing and healthy experience. You can follow along with Genii's gentle yoga moves, or strike out to explore the historic graves!

All are welcome. We meet at the entrance parking lot.
