Bagels and Bylines

The WCA will open the doors of its historic 1895 building near Washington Park as a “Come Write In” location for NaNoWriMo, or National Novel Writing Month.
Come to the WCA Writers Café! Bring your “in progress” novels, poetry or stories, or start writing amongst the vibe of newbie and seasoned authors. Have a seat in the front living room in a comfy armchair or in the back living room at a table – good for your computer, journal or paper writing, or upstairs in our beautiful ballroom with high ceilings and lots of space. Bagels, coffee, tea and light refreshments will be provided as a courtesy of the club. Wi-Fi will be available.
The upstairs ballroom is not ADA accessible. All first floor rooms are accessible. And we have a new ramp for easy access to the front porch and entrance! Check out photos of the beautiful WCA House.
